Akinremi Hosts Ajimobi, Other APC Leaders In Bodija Today

The Candidate All Progressives Congress (APC) for Ibadan North Federal constituency on the February 16 general elections, Prince Musiliu Olaide Akinremi (Jagaban) is set to host the governor of Oyo state, Senator Abiola Ajimobi at Bodija international Market today.

Other chieftains expected at the rally organised for all APC candidates are: Chief Akin Oke and all the leaders of the party in Ibadanland to Bodija international market today, Monday, January 21.

Prince Akinremi in a press statement said all arrangements have been concluded as the Governor and party executives at the state and Ibadan North, officially flag-off the campaign in the constituency at Bodija market by 11am.

Akinremi Jagaban said the occasion which promises to be a mega campaign as Ibadan North local government, Aare Latosa LCDA and Irepodun LCDA are presently agog to host all APC members in Oyo State and beyond to stage campaign for all APC Candidates from President Muhammadu Buhari to Senator Abiola Ajimobi for (Oyo South candidate); Chief Adebayo Adelabu (for Governor); and himself, Prince Musiliu Olaide Akinremi for House of Representatives.

Akinremi also stated that Hon. Saheed Aderonmu and Umar Farouq Arisekola Alao will also be unveiled to the public as candidates contesting for State House of Assembly (Ibadan North Constituency Two) and Ibadan North Constituency One, respectively.

While calling on the party supporters and electorate from Ward 1-12 in Ibadan North Federal Constituency to troop out to welcome the August visitors in the month of January, Prince Akinremi also promised to make the constituency an envy of other constituencies in the state when elected.

He said his foundation, Prince Akinremi Foundation (PAF) located in Yemetu area of Ibadan had provided and still providing free vocational training for teeming youths, disbursed scholarship and bursary awards to students of secondary schools and tertiary institutions, as well as provision of soft credit without repayment to market women and artisans, through the Prince Akinremi Traders Empowerment Scheme (PATES).

Prince Akinremi thereafter assured the people of Ibadan constituency that asides the vibrant and impressive representation that he will render at the Green chamber of the National Assembly when elected, the projects and programmes he already have in stock for the people, will in no time, make the constituency a talk of the town, as well as a role model to others throughout the Pacesetter state, buttressing that his antecedents already speak for him.
